Tiara Alexander

Tiara began her career as a K–2 teacher, where she spent seven years building a strong foundation in early childhood development and individualized learning. She earned her Master’s degree in Educational Psychology in 2014 and transitioned into the field of ABA in 2017.

Tiara is passionate about supporting children and families and currently serves as the Special Needs Director for Sunday school at her church. She believes meaningful progress happens through strong collaboration and works closely with families and her ABA team to create supportive, consistent environments for every client. Outside of her professional work, Tiara enjoys spending quality time with her children and other children in her family, which continues to inspire her passion for helping others.
