Katelyn Barfield

Hi my names Katelyn Barfield! I’ve worked in the ABA field for about a year in a half, my passion for ABA is so strong. I love seeing the kids grow while learning and watching them overcome some things that they may be struggling with first starting out with ABA. Another reason ABA therapy is a passion of mine is that it gives me the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Especially being in home. I enjoy helping clients build communication, social, and daily living skills that increase their independence and confidence. Seeing a child reach goals they once struggled with, no matter how big or small, is incredibly rewarding. I value the relationships I build with each client and believe every child deserves individualized, compassionate, and ethical support. Being part of their growth and celebrating their successes is what motivates me to continue growing as a registered behavior technician. I’m working in Indiana!
