Heather Wiand

With over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Heather Wiand is a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been certified for over 5 years. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in both clinical practice and quality assurance. As a BCBA, Heather is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families through compassionate, evidence-based care. Through her work in quality assurance, she is equally passionate about supporting the clinical teams behind that care by developing practical systems, strengthening consistency and quality, and helping make processes easier and more effective for staff and the families they serve.

Outside of her work in ABA, Heather enjoys going on adventures with her husband and their golden retriever.
