Originally from the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, Emma found herself in Michigan working at Michigan State University in 2016 as a behavior technician. She received her undergraduate degree in 2015 in Psychology from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS and worked as a 9th grade resource teacher for a year before moving to the Mitten state! She received her Master’s from Michigan State University in 2019 in Applied Behavior Analysis and has been working as a BCBA ever since serving clients in rural communities via telehealth, in person, in schools, and community settings. She loves connecting with families and supporting them throughout their ABA journey while also supporting staff and their growth when working with families. Her mission is to support her team of skilled practitioners, both personally and professionally, so they can go out and provide the most effective services for the families in our communities. In her free time you will find her out on the water, hiking, biking, or camping in Northern Michigan!
