Emily Pope holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan College in Psychology and Education, a Master’s degree from Mercer University in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and Master’s from Arizona State University in Curriculum and Instruction: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Before entering the field of ABA, Emily worked with youth ages 5-20 with developmental delays and emotional-behavior disorders within the residential and crisis stabilization treatment settings. Her passion for developmental delays started while she was a nanny during undergraduate years for several families who had children with special needs. Emily worked as a behavior technician in school, community and in-home settings prior to becoming a BCBA in 2020. She is a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with the state of Utah. Emily hopes to use her background in family therapy and knowledge of ABA to provide high-quality parent training and supervision of RBTs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son and husband, reading all things thriller and suspense, and watching college sports.
