Amber Trotta

Lead BCBA

Amber Trotta, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst based in Kansas City, Missouri. I’ve been in the field of education and behavior analysis for over 17 years, starting my career as a special education teacher, where I spent 12 years supporting students with diverse learning needs. That passion for individualized support and data-driven strategies eventually led me to pursue certification as a BCBA, and I’ve proudly been practicing as a behavior analyst for the past 5 years.
I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Central Missouri, and later completed my ABA coursework through the University of Cincinnati. Today, I work at Supportive Care ABA where I provide clinical supervision, mentor future BCBAs, and collaborate with families and technicians to deliver meaningful, effective care for our clients.
Outside of work, my most important role is being a mom to my two daughters, Sophia (13) and Cecilia (8), and a wife to my husband, Jason. We love spending time outdoors, traveling, attending our girls’ sports events, and creating memories as a family.
Behavior analysis is more than just my career, it's my calling. I’m passionate about empowering others, building strong relationships, and helping individuals reach their fullest potential.
