He has helped establish ABA systems & intake procedures for smaller companies, training standards for organizations including the BACB and the Miami Dolphins, and has lead teams focused on measurable outcomes. As the founder of Sports 4 Autism Inc., he has also impacted hundreds of special need athletes through innovative, community-based programming.
